Etiquette

Etiquette is one of the most important and fundamental elements in martial arts training for several reasons. Through the practice and understanding of the mutual correlation of the body, you can control and compose the body, regulate breathing and moderate the mind and the spirit. Yea Bub (etiquette) is the essential core of a martial artist. Without it, there will be no difference between martial artists and street fighters.

Falling Techniques

Break-Fall

Break-fall teaches proper body movement and positioning to prevent injury when one falls or is thrown. Falling techniques include front, back, side, rolling, jumping, obstacle, and specialty rolling. It conditions and toughens the body, develops coordination and body awareness, and teaches methods of escape against techniques.

Empty hand forms

​Empty hand forms are training methods devised for individuals to practice the techniques of offense and defense against imaginary opponents. It is designed as a self-teaching tool to learn proper balance, techniques, concentration, breathing, rhythm, focus, and spatial movements.

Weapons

Weapons can be even small objects that can be used to aid in defeating your opponent with incomparable size and strength. Weapon training will begin with nunchakus, staff, sword, sai, short staff, and a short knife.

Self-defence

Self-defence refers to techniques beginning with locking, throwing, and pressing then going into pinning, grabbing, breaking, choking, and blocking techniques used against various types of attacks, including attacks with weapons. Furthermore, joints and pressure points are manipulated using these principles to give a distinct advantage in self-defense.

Kicking

Various kicking is used to strike specific areas of the body such as vital spots, pressure points, soft tissues, and joints. In addition, your leg can be used to sweep, trip, lock, trap, and choke an opponent. It includes linear, arcing, spinning, jumping, sweeping, hooking, choking, combination, double, triple, obstacle, and specialty kicks.
